Onsite single-day ticket
A single-day ticket includes access to all sessions on that particular day, a single-day conference badge, and a copy of the Conference Program, and entrance to the Book and Trade Fair for that day. It does not include Abstracts 2012 or the Directory of Attendees.
Onsite single-time-slot ticket
Single time-slot refers to morning (9:30 AM– noon) or afternoon (2:30–5:00 PM) sessions. With the purchase of a single-time-slot ticket, you may enter any and all sessions within that particular time period. Purchase of a single-time-slot ticket does not include a conference badge, Conference Program, Abstracts 2012, entrance to the Book and Trade Fair and to select area museums and galleries, or Directory of Attendees.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION FOR PRE-REGISTRANTS
Check in for Early, Advance, Exhibitor, and Press registrants is located in the Concourse Foyer, Level 1 of the Los Angeles Convention Center
You can pick up your conference badge, Conference Program, and Directory of Attendees at the check-in area beginning Tuesday, February 21 at 5:00PM.
In addition, your conference registration includes access to the Abstracts 2012, which is available online as a PDF. This publication is not available in print. Log into your CAA account using your CAA User/Member ID# and password and click the Abstracts 2012 icon on the welcome screen to download the 1.9 MB document.
SPECIAL EVENTS AND WORKSHOP TICKETS
Special events and workshop tickets purchased in advance will be included with your conference registration materials. You can purchase special events and workshop tickets at one of the registration booths in the Concourse Foyer, Level 1. Tickets WILL NOT be available for purchase or pick up at any venue other than the CAA Conference Registration area at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
To attend Career Services at the conference, you must be a current CAA member and will need your CAA membership ID card and password for entry (conference registration is not required). Conference registration for nonmembers does not include access to Career Services.
Onsite at the Los Angeles Convention Center, you may pay by credit card, check, or cash. Institutional members may not register individuals onsite; please register them by the early or advance deadline.
There are no refunds on Annual Conference registration.
